I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Within the policy period send us an email at customercare@11fh11.com. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1077 Lejay Street Orlando Florida US 32825. 

Unlike many other websites that have special rules and lots of fine print, 11fh11.com offers free shipping on all orders placed on the website, with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions.

For that reason, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund once approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@11fh11.com.

 

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach the 11fh11.com Fulfillment Center. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

  

What forms of payment do you accept?

11fh11.com currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club debit and credit cards.  We also accept PayPal and Amazon Pay.

 

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Is it safe to use my debit card online?

Yes! And please note: If you choose to pay by debit card, the amount you charge will be put on "hold", meaning it will not be available to you once you place your order. Once your transaction is processed, the amount of the transaction will be withdrawn from your account and the original "hold" will be voided.

  

What can cause my order to be delayed?

1. If the billing information you provided does not match what your bank has on file (including address and telephone number), your order may be delayed.
2. We all love sending gifts to others and ourselves as much as we love receiving them. However, if you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, your order may be delayed.

 

How can I write a review on a product?

On any product page, scroll down and on the left-hand part of the screen, underneath the ‘Customer Reviews section’, you will see a button titled ‘Write a review’.

 

How do I unsubscribe from any of your mailing lists?

Email us at customercare@11fh11.com and one of our customer service representatives will unsubscribe your email address.

 

What are cookies? Do I need to enable cookies on my browser?
